Overview
Intervify is an end-to-end university recruitment platform that automates the full hiring pipeline — from Gmail-based job ingestion to AI-ranked shortlist delivery via Google Sheets. Built as my Final Year Project at FAST-NUCES, it's powered by MMIA, a four-track multimodal AI engine.

- Multimodal Candidate Scoring — Facial emotion, gaze, acoustic, and verbal analysis fused into a composite score (Pearson r = 0.92 vs. human recruiters)
- Automated Email Classification — BERT-based classifier for incoming job postings (F1 = 0.951)
- Explainable AI (XAI) Matching — Pre-match scoring module surfaced to students before they apply (R² = 0.944)
- Bilingual AI Career Advisor — Chatbot for resume guidance and interview prep, Urdu/English, WCAG 2.1 AA accessible
- Zero-Touch Results Delivery — Final rankings auto-exported to Google Sheets and shared directly with recruiters
